YMCA of Moose Jaw Disbursement Plan
The YMCA of Moose Jaw will be auctioning off all removable items located in the Fairford building before handing it over to the City of Moose Jaw.

We have developed a fair and inclusive bidding process that allows staff, volunteers, members and the general public to participate.
Staff and Volunteer Bidding
Staff and volunteers can view and bid on available items on June 20 & 21. All staff and volunteer bids must be received by end of day on June 21, 2019.
Members can view and bid on remaining items on June 23 & 24. All member bids must be received by end of day on June 24, 2019.
General Public Bidding
The general public can view and bid on any remaining items on June 26 & 27. All general public bids must be received by end of day on June 27, 2019.
How to participate
1. View the list of available items above and review the required minimum bids.
2. Review the above times to determine which round of bidding you are eligible for. Ensure you bid by the deadline for your round.
3. To place a bid, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
a. Item Name
b. Item # (where available)
c. Your bid (ensure it meets the minimum bid requirements). Note: GST will be applied to your bid amount.
Please note: bids will not be accepted by phone, messages or in-person. Email only.
Determination of winning bids
The highest bid received for an item will be declared the winner, as long as it meets or exceeds the minimum bid requirement.
In cases where there are matching multiple highest bids for an item, we will conduct a second one-time auction by email. Those who placed matching highest bids will be contacted and asked to submit another bid by email. The highest bidder will receive the item.
All decisions made by the YMCA will be final.
Item Payment and Pick Up Information
Payment for items must be made at the front desk of the Fairford YMCA location on the dates indicated below; note that GST will be added to winning bids. Appointments will be booked for item pick up and proof of payment will be required.
